Didn't received transferred Safemoon tokens from TW to SMW

Hi.

I tried recently to transfer my Safemoon tokens from Trust Wallet to Safemoon Wallet, around 34 mil tokens, and I received on my Safemoon Wallet almost nothing (0,000000001 SM). I had some BNB Smart Chain for the gas fee, but I got almost nothing on SMW.
Of course, all my tokens from Trust Wallet dissapeared.

Help please.

Me too! I have the same issue I send 340mill Safemoon from Trust wallet to SMW and I received 0.000000001? We need help ASAP.

I had the same issue last night I sent my SAFEMOON tokens from trust wallet to my SAFEMOON wallet and they are not showing and also no record of the transaction how is that possible

@Benny123 you actually received 0.000000001 SafeMoon. You can check yourself on explorer. If this is mistake I think it is better to contact SafeMoon team for clarification. Trust wallet will display what you received.

Hi , I swapped my safemoon tokens last night from v1 to v2 . The website said that it may take while to receive v2 tokens , im still waiting, will kindly help me how to get safemoon v2 in my wallet?..

@Asffand_kttk If you received less amount or not received at all it is better to contact SafeMoon project team for clarification on this issue.

Hello Alan, yes correct I have received 0.000000001. I have transferred 12,000,000 safemoon token. But why I only received that amount?

Is the problem from the safemoon wallet side?

Hey Alan thanks for your reply the transfer doesn’t show full stop in my trust wallet transactions under SAFEMOON or on back scan asa transaction

Hi Alan that’s not the one as I sent at the times value of around £1400 in SAFEMOON tokens

@TonyM1 I can’t see any transaction other than the one I sent above. There’s no proof for this.

I had 819,397,282 SAFEMOON tokens and they have all disappeared with no transaction hash and the only response is there is no proof ???
