Hello @Hazik555 did they displayed to your wallet? If yes… here’s a guide on how to convert to native DOT: Convert Binance-Peg Tokens to Native Assets
Hello! I did the same. I was going to withdraw some IOTX but mistakenly put Binance Smart Chain address. Even with your your link Im still in doubt: this deposit address (shown in this link you’ve shared) are always the same? Can I use any of them?
Hello @Heithor To better assist, please send the following information:
-
Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)
-
Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here. Also copy and paste it in plain text)
-
Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)
-
Further details about your issue (please explain what you were trying to do)
-
Screenshots of the wallet (including errors or missing balance)
Tks Alan, I think I got the hang of it; I located my token under Binance-Peg IOTX. Is there a way to “transfer” it to regular IOTX in my trust wallet or do I have do deposit it back to Binance and then re-do the process (this time correctly, I hope)
Hello @Heithor to transfer to native IOTX you have to deposit back to Binance and withdraw as IOTX native.
