I purchased EGC with bnb through pancakeswap. My coins have never arrived in trustwallet balance. Please help.

Thank you. Is there a reason the wallet shows two different EGC tokens? In trust wallet I show the normal evergrow token. And then I have egc in a white circular BEP20 Evergrow token? I get an error when trying to upload a screenshot. Says I don’t have permission. The white Circle BEP20 evergrow has the majority of my coins but doesn’t reflect the market changes.
@sinjjin probably you bought fake token. You can contact project team to confirm if you bought real or fake token.
If I have already made a successful previous transaction do I still need to create another custom coin? I ask because I made a second transaction that has not shown up in my trust wallet. The transaction hash is below:

Tap on the upper right corner in your wallet, search SHIB and enable the one with BEP20.

I made a successful purchase of EGC a week before I attempted this transaction on November 13, but my second purchase never showed up. My initial coins have been staked on the Evergrow website if that matters. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
