Energyweb EWT didn't arrived on Trust Wallet

Confirmed it was sent from Bitmart, just never arrived in Trust Wallet… I used the Energyweb token in Trust Wallet - now I Am a little worried, it was most all I had…
Any help anyone could offer would be greatly appreciated…
I have all the transaction details if needed, do I just post them here?

Did you confirm first if the app supports this token?
After checking further on CoinMarketCap, this token is on its own blockchain.

Please be careful when sending tokens as they might get lost.

In order to try and get your funds back, you need to get the ETH Private Key.

After getting the Private Key, you need to import it on a wallet that supports EWT.
You can check this with the EWT team.

I had them on my MetaMask wallet before… Now I realize what I have done…
Tried to use Truat Wallet because I forgot I had the MetaMask wallet… duhhhh…

Okay after checking my MetaMask wallet - I FOUND THE COINS SITTING THERE ALREADY!!!
So I sent it to Trust Wallet and somehow MetaMask hd the EWT token on TW and so it got sent to MM (Metamask)… so it was there… WOW… what a relief…
At least if someone does this again this support review can be a guide for the,…

Going through the steps:
STEP 1 - Step 1 - Access Mnemonic Code Converter Site - CHECK
STEP 2 - Step 2 - Input your Recovery Phrase - CHECK

Where exactly do I look for (ETH in my case as it is EWT Token - Erc20 right?)
STEP 3 - Step 3 - Coin/Token Selection

Under Coin, it is a drop down menu. Look for ETH.
Good to know that you were able to recover your EWT.
