Exchanged tokens but they do not show up in my wallet

Hi Alan,
The same thing is happening to me. I transferred bnb to dogo on pancake swap and then tried transferring it to my trust wallet. It’s been 12 hrs and I still don’t see it.

Hello @Jkara22 this is not PancakeSwap transaction for swapping. You transferred your BNB from your wallet to another wallet (bnb1lpg377p5kjayh2yd2qe9gtnke635jeh3w4p6ev)

How would that happen tho if I was just switching bnb to dogo. Can I find out the wallet and get it back or no?

How could that happen if I attached my wallet and swapped bnb to dogo on pancake swap. It connected to trust wallet after to confirm. Is there anyway to reverse the transaction or get the money back to my trust account?

@Jkara22
Please be informed that Trust Wallet cannot reverse, cancel, nor refund confirmed transactions in the blockchain.

A post was split to a new topic: I´ve purchased GSHIP

Hey Alan, I was hoping you might be able to help me out. I have transferred DOT to my wallet and when I go to my ‘Main wallet’ screen I can see it shown in my balance.
However when I try to swap any DOT it shows my balance as 0 and doesn’t allow me to swap.
Similarly, if I click on the DOT balance in my main wallet, it provides me the options to send or receive but not to swap?
Thanks!

Hello, I sent BNB from a wallet I own to my Trust Wallet and it never showed up. It’s been over a week and I see where it was done successfully. I know where the mistake was made as it was BNB erc transferred to a BNB Smart Chain address. Is there any way of getting my funds back or is it lost forever? I tried the iancoleman site but had no luck.

To better assist, please send the following information:

  3. Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)

  4. Screenshots of the wallet (including errors or missing balance)

Hello @Maza1
You need to check what network your DOT is on and what network the swap supports.

Hello @eerico18
You should be able to attach screenshots now.
Although your transaction hash shows no history of sent or received tokens.
I suggest you contact the sending wallet team to assist.

If I send BNB erc20 tokens to a Binance Bep20 address will it be lost?

Hello @eerico18
No they won’t be lost.
You would need to send the BNB ERC20 to Binance to have it converted to Mainnet.

What if you’re in Texas and can’t get Binance? What do you do then? I’m open to all solutions.

What if you’re in Texas and can’t access to Binance since it’s not accessible in my state?

Can I import my seed phrase into another wallet for example meta mask that supports both? Or is the Binance option the only option?

Hello @eerico18
Yes you can import your keys into other wallets.
Note your ERC20 BNB is also accessible on your Trust app.
