Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)
Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here. Also copy and paste it in plain text)

Hi,
it’ s a very difficult case. I don’t understand anymore. The Poodl tokens were sent to my BEP20 adres, but they came to my ERC20 adres. But on my BEP20 adress it says… POODL tokens are received… but without suply.
PLEASE HELP…

Please try to add it as custom token. Here are the steps that you can do to manually add the token: How to Add a Custom Token

But it has to be a BEP20 token…

@Serdar1977 it seems you withdraw it as ERC20 token, you can send them back and withdraw as BEP20.
