I have the same issue. I haven’t received my BNB sent from another exchange. How long it takes?

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About” and attach it here)

  2. Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, and attach it here)

  3. Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste )

Olá Alan, Saquei um valor em etc da binance, porém não foi creditado como cripto em minha trustwallet, percebi que copiei o código trust referente ao etc(nativo) e não o código etc(bep20) e na transação utilizei bep 20. Já tentei selecionar para mostrar o etc(bep20) na carteira mais ainda não apareceu as moedas. Poderia me ajudar ?

i withdrew 0.09ETH from indodax apps to ETH on TrustWallet
in the indodax apps says “Success” but been 1 hour i was no receiving ETH on trust wallet

i did sent it before and it was okay

Hi I’m having issue receiving some ETH that I transferred over to my trust wallet account over 2 days now. I know sometimes there can be in delay in these processes but 2 days is outrageous.

(4) Was trying to send some ETH from Binance to my Trust Wallet

(5) ETH wallet is empty. Screenshot could not be sent in post. Also no errors shown.

Even me same issue
funds yet not received from yesterday afternoon which I transfered from My trust wallet from a coin to another.Fees for gas fees I have too.

    “Website is not avaiable”
