Gave my recovery phrase

Hi,
It actally got much worse, I accidently gave up my revolvery phrase for my Trust Wallet couple of hours ago and funds are already starting to wanish away. What can I Do, since some coins are still staked on Trust, like KAVA and ATOM? What can I do to save what is left?

Your Recovery Phrase holds the keys to your crypto. The addresses on the Multi-Coin wallet are fixed to this specific set of words. The Recovery Phrase cannot be changed for the exposed wallet.
