I transferred some coins and still haven’t not received the value. Some of my money is in my wallet when I went to swap my shiborg inu I haven’t received that amount

Same thing happened to me on Oct 28th! I purchased smartchain using the safemoon wallet and still haven’t received them . I messaged the safemoon wallet team via email and nothing has been done about it! I contacted moonpay and they confirmed that the transaction was processed and that I should contact the wallet provider.
What I’m I supposed to do now ??
