I placed a swap in pancake today; tagcoin for bnb, then swapped bnb for eth. It was all successful in pancake and it still hasn’t arrived in my trustwallet

After 48h no one from trustwallet support answered me, i lost my 100 dollars litecoin and didn’t receive it in my wallet,tx was successful

Recently (about 14 days ago ~18:00 (UTC+01:00)) I transferred 150€ + 30€ worth of Litecoin to a friends Trust Wallet account. Eventhough the 150€ payment is verified via the blockchain,has roughly 2000+ cofirmations, via the Blockchain and the Ltc sending address is correct, the funds do not show on my friends wallet even after about 2 weeks of waiting. I have also opened a Support ticket via E-mail but haven’t received a pleasing answer Below you can see all the information regarding the Transaction:

What can I do tho, to be able to see the transaction? As my friend is requesting to be able to see the transaction in order for him to confirm it ://

My friend sadly doesn’t really understand that my Litecoin transaction was legit, therefore he claims it was a faked transaction and is refusing to accept the trade till he sees the transaction in his account :confused: What can I do in this case or any other Idea how you can persuade him, like telling here that transaction is legit and verified e.g

@Sophos Anyone that understands how the blockchain works wouldn’t say it’s a “faked” transaction if they check the transaction hash on the blockchain.

The problem is, he still doesn’t understand and he will only send me my product, if he sees the transaction on his acc! Anything you can do to make that happen?
(Also so sorry but idk why he acting so dumb)

He basically says everyone who sent me ltc is marked as green and if he sends money it’s grey. So he says it cannot be that my payment has arrived with him as he can’t see it and his argument is, when he asked one of his friends to send him money it arrived regularly and therefore he claims mine is fake

@Sophos That’s the best way I have suggested, you can explain not all transactions are shown in the app transaction history and they could check the explorer through their wallet.

I should send you this from my friend: “I don’t Accept because my wallet ammount didn’t change before and after I should have received the 160 Euro”
