I tried to send my eth from TW to coins but its always a failed transaction and my eth was also reduced. Can you help me on this? Thank you

Hi! I was trying to transfer my eth from trust wallet to coins.ph. i tried 3x, but everytime i do it, it always fails yet my eth is reduced.

Hello @Kybmd try to increase gas limit manually, use this guide: How to Change the ETH Gas Fee

Is there a way i can retrieve all the eth that was deducted? I’m afraid if i wont be able to get it back

@Kybmd deducted ETH fee is non-refundable either transaction was successful or failed. That’s how blockchain works.
