I’ve followed the guide that says to create a new transaction, which i did on uniswap, as there doesn’t appear to be any other way to do this… i set the details by copy and pasting the proper encode info, as well as the same nonce. it just tells me the none is too low, and won’t push thorugh anything new.

The gas fee you used for the transaction is low and thus puts less priority to have this processed.
You can follow this guide to cancel the Pending Transactions:
Try to cancel the transaction by sending Nonce, after that try again with increased gas value
