As mentioned previously, you have successfully sent your BCH coins to them. The time window that they gave you, which expired, is out of our control. Also, Trust Wallet is a decentralized wallet, thus, we cannot control your assets nor issue refunds. That’s why you have to contact them directly since they are the ones who are holding your funds. They might not be aware of how things work, you can send them this whole conversation that we had.
