I bought kava and BNB on Moonpay

I bought KAVA an BNB tokens and i still got nothing while payment went through.
If any body can help me

Still didn’t got answer on my last mail i sended to Trust Wallet.

  3. Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)

  4. Further details about your issue (please explain what you were trying to do)

I bought them and they were send to me and directly resend to other address without even my approval.
That was and still is a weird situation

Sorry to hear about your recent experience. Here are the possible reasons:

  1. You shared your 12 words (via phishing, social engineering, etc.);

  2. You saved your 12 words in a very bad place;

  3. Your device is corrupted with malware;

  4. Someone had physical access to your device;

  5. You entered your recovery phrase on a fake/clone app.

  6. You transacted with a malicious DApp.

Unfortunately, confirmed transactions at blockchain are irreversible.

The weird part is it only happened with trust wallet, since i am using only binance now everything is going smooth now.

Because i used trust wallet to buy it and they send me to the moonpay to buy them so i don’t see what i did wrong, in my eyes trust wallet was in fault so not going to use ever again.
