I can’t exchange native Polkadot for another currency

I have the same problem, I can’t get it out of my wallet and I can’t exchange it for another currency.

Exchanging the native Polkadot is not possible using the app. You need to deposit it on an exchange so you can trade it there with other cryptos.

Also, please be informed that the Polkadot network is temporarily unavailable due to node upgrades. The dev team will release a new version to fix this issue.

Do you have a time frame for when this issue will be resolved? Does this mean that we cannot trade or swap DOT?

Sorry, there is no estimated timeframe for now.

Native Polkadot is not available for trading nor swapping at the very first place.
