I can’t withdraw trx from staking

I decided to take my trx from staking. After 14 days have passed, the tokens are in the “processing” status. About another week passed and they still did not arrive in the wallet. I can’t do anything about it, neither throw them back in nor take them out. It feels like they are just stuck in the system. Please tell me what can be done about this?

To better assist, please send the following information:

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, then attach it here)

  2. Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, copy and paste it here in plain text)

  3. Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)

Hi @ilusha2274 When you upload something on our website wait until it’s done. We can’t see the image, just words try again.

Can i make another withdrawal from my wallet regardless of the one that’s still pending for over 28hours now without it bringing up issues or getting my transaction hooked

15 days out of 14 have passed and the funds have not been released or any button to claim or unstake has been enabled

Hello.
I am facing similar problem.
I’ve unstake my trx , the wallet displays it’s value and yet It’s not there.
It keeps showing it as being claimable and yet There’s nothing there to claim after I hit the claim button.
It’s like it’s stuck in-between
