Hello
Three days ago I transferred BTC into my trust wallet account from an exchange, and the transfer shows on my trust wallet, however I have no balance being displayed on the app. I am using the latest version of the app.
I can see and confirm

the transaction but is not showing the balance

@Precy007 @Sahinergen Please submit a support ticket from your Trust wallet app.

Settings → Support
or at support.trustwallet.com

To reduce response times from customer support, please include the following info in the ticket:

App version, device model, wallet address, TX hash (if available), and the blockchain + assets you’re experiencing the issue with, and any relevant screenshots or videos to duplicate the error.

I’m having same issues right now. Someone sent me BTC to my trust wallet. It’s in my history but not reflecting in my wallet. It’s been over an hour.
Has anyone have same issue and fixed it

Go through your explore and confirm if the transaction is really successful, sometimes I have same issue but with time it I found my coin
