I received some BTC in my wallet and I can see it. But in my balance showing zero I don’t know why?

Hello Tobi please I need help. I want to make complaints about something very important.
I received BTC with my newly created trust wallet just about several hours ago and up till now I haven’t seen the coins appeared in my balance but it in my history explorer that a transaction as been completed but I can’t find it anywhere else aside my history please address this.

Yes I ham using the latest version and I have also re imported but no avail please I really need my money out asap .
