Someone sent a token on the TRC10 platform to my Trust wallet and the transaction was confirmed, but I didn’t receive it in my wallet. When I look at the Tronscan site, the transaction is confirmed, but it shows dimly. I don’t even know what Tokens name is. Can someone guide me?
I also turned on all Trustwallet tokens, but I still don’t receive anything

Yes i know but i dont know the name of the token or anything about this token that they send to me for add in costom token

@Nafiseh1 You need to ask them then, how do you not know what token you’re receiving to your wallet.

I send some omax token from mexc exchange to my trust wallet but not received my token yet please help me . I contact with mexco exchange team they confirmed that your transaction is complete but not received my token
