@Anointing23 Can you restart your device then reimport your wallet and see if that works
I tried everything, the balance hasnāt reflected and I realized that it was btc that was withdrawn from my account to a particular address, well I donāt know how they swap cause itās my first time, would the btc address send usdt to my usdt address?
I received some bitcoin sent to me from cash app and since yesterday I have received any of it and today again I made a mistake to send another bitcoin again and yet I havenāt received it
@Emily2938 Check on the blockchain explorer to see if you received it first, then if you did and still not shown then you could restart your device and then need to reimport your wallet after.
Thanks for getting back to me I received it on my transfer but itās not showing on my main bitcoin wallet address only on the transaction history
Yes i did so and i can still receive it what can i do now because I need this bitcoin in my wallet
@Emily2938 Technically, the Bitcoin is in your wallet as long as you can see it on the explorer. Not showing on your Trust wallet app is just a visual glitch.
It has been confirmed that my BTC has been successfully swapped to USDT (ERC-20). Iāve restarted and reimport my wallet, still Iāve $0 USDT in my balance and it shouldnāt be cause itās been confirmed in explorer
I am trying to send BTC, I currently have $15.56 in BTC, trying to send $11.00 and get the message to āPlease consider decreasing the sending amount ir topping up the balance.ā
To me this message implies that my balance is not enough to cover the amount sent plus fees.
Why are the fees so high on this transaction?
Help!
@pdouglas300 The fees are not determined by Trust wallet but the blockchain.
Iād advise you reduce the amount and try sending out the transaction.
