I have issue with my trust wallet

@Anointing23 Can you restart your device then reimport your wallet and see if that works

I tried everything, the balance hasnā€™t reflected and I realized that it was btc that was withdrawn from my account to a particular address, well I donā€™t know how they swap cause itā€™s my first time, would the btc address send usdt to my usdt address?

@Anointing23 Please check the blockchain explorer to understand the transactions on your address.

I received some bitcoin sent to me from cash app and since yesterday I have received any of it and today again I made a mistake to send another bitcoin again and yet I havenā€™t received it

@Emily2938 Check on the blockchain explorer to see if you received it first, then if you did and still not shown then you could restart your device and then need to reimport your wallet after.

Thanks for getting back to me I received it on my transfer but itā€™s not showing on my main bitcoin wallet address only on the transaction history

@Emily2938 Did you try the steps from my previous response if that worked ?

Yes i did so and i can still receive it what can i do now because I need this bitcoin in my wallet

@Emily2938 Technically, the Bitcoin is in your wallet as long as you can see it on the explorer. Not showing on your Trust wallet app is just a visual glitch.

It has been confirmed that my BTC has been successfully swapped to USDT (ERC-20). Iā€™ve restarted and reimport my wallet, still Iā€™ve $0 USDT in my balance and it shouldnā€™t be cause itā€™s been confirmed in explorer

I am trying to send BTC, I currently have $15.56 in BTC, trying to send $11.00 and get the message to ā€œPlease consider decreasing the sending amount ir topping up the balance.ā€
To me this message implies that my balance is not enough to cover the amount sent plus fees.
Why are the fees so high on this transaction?
Help!

@pdouglas300 The fees are not determined by Trust wallet but the blockchain.
Iā€™d advise you reduce the amount and try sending out the transaction.

Hey man would really like some help I transferred over 25 eth to this swift beta wallet I opened, I then tried exchanging it to usd- ran into some issues with it not going through, decided I wanted to sent the money back out and now no matter what I try to do every transaction ends up as pending now.

Iā€™ve un-added and re-added the app, un-added the wallet and re-added the wallet, tried only MacBook thatā€™s signed into the same iCloud and downloaded it there so it was a whole new device

Still nothing helped with getting this money send out anywhere itā€™s pretty much just stuck in a loop, doesnā€™t pop up on the blockchain and I canā€™t speed it up with higher gas fees, nor can I change the nonce to try to cancel a potential old transaction itā€™s stuck on.

Would appreciate the help asap as I traveled to vacation with these funds being of need and now havenā€™t been able to use/move them.

Thank you! -
