@nicaplz, please try to use WiFi instead of mobile data then refresh the balance of Theta. If it still won’t work, use VPN as well.

@arch2, please give the information that was requested to nicaplz as well.

I was able to locate the TFUEL by putting the wallet info as a “view only” wallet. Then used the THETA mainet site to resend it. Worked! THank you @iamdeadlyz… Appreciate your help!

Hi, I am having a similar issue. Trying to send TFuel to my Theta wallet and the transaction has been pending for serval weeks. Are you able to determine how to solve this?

To better assist, send the following information:

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)
  2. THETA wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here)
  3. Transaction hash or link
  4. Further details about your issue (please explain what you were trying to do)
  5. Screenshots of the wallet (including errors or missing balance)

Hi @iamdeadlyz, Thank You for responding. Last night, I tried sending TFUEL again to the same address and the transaction completed. Not sure if I was able to try this before last night because I did not attempt. Either way this is resolved.

Hi, i bought theta fuel from easy crypto. Its showing that I have received the theta fuel but the balance is still 0. And I can’t send them out because it shows 0 Tfuel. Can anyone guide me about the solution?

Try again in a few minutes or check your internet connection, I would suggest to try via VPN, if you have one.
