@Lucem Can you import to another app that supports that token then if you’re unable to see it on your Trust app.
Please do your own research on which app also.

@Ekeleme042 You can check the blockchain explorer to confirm your tokens on your wallet.
Regarding your tokens also not displaying on your wallet, I’d suggest deleting the app or clearing app cache, then install and import wallet after.

Please i need your help. I have my 12 secret phrase but when I input it in my trust wallet of my new device, it says “invalid secret phrase “. After trying it several times with no luck, I decided to try it on @iancoleman but it was still showing "invalid mnemonic " but, when i click on Show entropy details, it brought out my set of phrases ( 11 exact/same words ) but changed the 12th phrase to a new word. When i logged in the new phrase, the wallet that came up was a new and empty wallet which is not mine. Please what can i do? I know i have the correct phrase.

@Bature You can check your transaction on the blockchain as it appears you made a transfer out already.

@Kdf3449 You’d need to ensure your recovery words are correct, you can check where you have stored them to ensure you have the correct words.
