To better assist, please provide us the following information:

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)
  2. BNB wallet address
  3. Transaction hash or link that was given by Binance (check your withdrawal history)
  4. Screenshots of the wallet

@zxcmode, please tap the toggle sign on the upper right of the main wallet screen, search for BTCB, and enable the one with BEP2. You can also follow this guide:

yes the balance finally is there… thx for your support…
but why i need the vpn for this ? in the past i receive binance smart chain, cake all working perfectly without vpn

More likely a random internet connection issue, which results into an incorrect display of balance. Glad to know it’s ok now. Cheers!
