To better assist, please provide us the following information:
- Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)
- Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot, and attach it here)
- Transaction hash or link
- Screenshots of the wallet (including errors, if any)

Perhaps, you didn’t receive it yet. Double-check it from the exchange where you withdrew 7990.
the exchange tells me transaction completed and in fact the transaction in harmony Explorer if you check says transaction made for 7993 but in the wallet I see 800, 7100 ones are gone
Please send here the transaction hash or link that was given by the exchange.
