Imported wallet to new phone - safemoon missing

Hi. I recently purchased a new phone and went through the process of importing the wallet from my old phone. At the time I had a small amount of XLM and a large quantity of SAFE.
I successfully imported the wallet to my new phone but only the XLM appeared in the new wallet, the SAFE is still in the wallet on my old phone. How do I get it across to my new phone?

Hello you would need to add your SAFE tokens manually as a custom token.
