Litecoin not showing in my Wallet

The Litecoin in my account is reflecting on both the explorer and the transaction, but it is not showing up in my wallet balance, even after re-importing the wallet. This has never happened before with Litecoin. There are several Litecoin transactions from the same address. Except one lite coin transaction , rest of all litecoins are showing in my balance. I tried switching internet connections and restarting, but it didn’t work. It’s been 6 days now, and I’ve raised a ticket, but the response has been slow.

@achalvaji Please check your address on the explorer to see if the balance there corresponds to what is in your wallet.
Sometimes some transactions may not show in your transaction history but it does not mean your token balance is incomplete.

the explorer is showing correct information. the mobile wallet is not updated with the transactions in explorer. its been long and trust wallet support is not able to understand the issue. Kindly help me to resolve the issue

@achalvaji I can only advise that you ensure your Trust wallet app is up to date and then reimport your wallet.
You could also switch your internet connection as an alternative.
