If you sent your XRP to an address that doesn’t belong to you, then there is nothing we can do as Trust wallet can not reverse, refund or cancel confirmed transactions on the Blockchain.

Ouh my God! Scammer seen this screen shot yesterday, I gave it to them coz I thought they are Super Admin for Trust Wallet. 
So, my XRP gone? So does 1.8 BNB sent to them, lying about retrieving it back to my wallet.

You shared your 12 words (via phishing, social engineering, etc.);

You saved your 12 words in a very bad place;

Your device is corrupted with malware;

Someone had physical access to your device;

You entered your recovery phrase on a fake/clone app.
