Hello , I used to swap 1 ETH to USD back in March 2024 and after that 1 ETH was moved as smart contract call and by untill now i still did not receive anything. Tokens missing.

Hi @Tobi i have swapped by wrx bep2 to bep20 2 days ago but since then my balance is missing from my wallet . I have changed the network imported my wallet to new device , changed my internet connection but nothing worked well. I have checked the bsc scan and my transaction is completed and successful still i have 0 balance in wrx bnb smart chain.

@DaxyG91 You made a swap to wrapped BNB and would need to add that manually.

Hi

I initiated a cross chain swap from BNB to ETH today on Trustwallet. Although the BNB have been successfully transferred out of my wallet, I am yet to see ETH in my wallet. It’s has been almost 3 hours now. The cross chain swap was done via ThorChain.

Hi @Tobi

I used cross chain swap of $486 worth of BNB on BSC to Sol on Sol Network more than 12 hours ago. It initiated the Smart Contract Call which is showing success status. However, I still haven’t received the Solana in my wallet.

I also suspect that I closed it after the Smart Contract Call, may be Send action was not performed after the Smart Contract Call success.

@fsaleemi The team is well aware of this. It is due to a network congestion in the solana network.

What you can do ?
Go to your swap provider’s explorer page to monitor status of the transaction. If it says “success/successful” and you haven’t still received your tokens, please reach out to the customer support team at

@Tobi Yes, it is showing Status as Succes. Does it mean transaction executed successfully and I will have to wait to get Sol coin reflected in my wallet?
