If problem persists
1 Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)
2 Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot, and attach it here)
3 Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste and attach a screenshot as well

Hi @hossein11 you sent fantom mainnet token to trust wallet where fantom mainnet is not supported. Trust wallet only supports ERC20, Bep2 and BEP20 FTM. You can check supported blockchain here before sending: Buy Crypto the Way You Want | Trust
Hi @Masoudcoin7 your tokens are there in your wallet, do the following to troubleshoot:-
- Update your app and refresh
- Use VPN
- tap on top right corner and search Wink then switch on Wink TRC20 manually. This guide can help too: How to Add or Remove a Coin
- Reimport your wallet
- Add it as custom token:. Here are the steps that you can do to manually add the token: How to Add a Custom Token
@Mughal41 When swapping tokens for the first time, you have to approve it first to be spendable. And, that is what you did just now.
Since you are done approving the token, you need to enter the amount that you want to exchange then press the swap button.
All in all, you will confirm two transactions: approve and swap

Hi can anyone help , I did a transfer from Binance and bought busd and transferred over to Bnb smart chain in trust wallet not realising it should of been Bnb ? I have transaction it’s confirmed it has been sent.
Is there a way to get this back as busd has gone to Bnb address from Binance to trust wallet .
