Today i just deposited 20$ bnb in my trust wallet but it is not credited after that i mail them with a screnshort of my transection they refund my bnb, i hope your problem will be solve you can mail them any mail adress?

Hi, earlier today i bought 0.0312 Ethereum. I bought it and it came into my trust wallet, everything looked fine. I checked my Wallet tonight and there were no Ethereum there. Everything was gone. I went to Trust Wallet Help Center to gather information, and i ran through the guide and “restarted” my wallet. But it did not help. Can someone plz help.

I’m on app version 5.21
I used pancake swap to swap Smart Chain for DeezNutz.
The balance left my trust wallet however never returned.
I added DeezNutz to the wallet by using same address as I used for the swap. Which I got from bscan.
No luck.
This is the wallet address for the DeezNutz that I switched on in trust wallet. Although the funds are not there. Also it doesn’t show any chats.
