Somehow a person got all of my tokens from my wallet. I didn’t connect to anything accept pancake swap and did not provide my seed phrase. Is there anyway you can help?

Hello, I have the same issue (missing crypto).
So, I made swap from BNB ( I think, it happend a few days ago ) to ADA but it didn’t show in my Trust Wallet. A few days later after waiting to see if it reapers, I traded ADA for TRX in hope that maybe it doesn’t ADA for some strange reason. I still don’t have TRX but i can see it in my wallet and I really don’t know what to do. BTW I can’t see in pancake recent transaction with ADA or TRX but I can give you a picture with TRX in PAncake and missing in Wallet.

The photos show how many tokens i bought & in this days their numbers Increase i had about 1085$
Today i sell some of my dogefather tokens about 101$ on pankake
After that sudenly i resived some notifications from trustwallet for selling
And now i have about 126$
