I went through all 5 steps recommended without resolution before attempting to submit a ticket. I don’t think my ticket went through as I received no confirmation or email.
About 12 hours ago I transferred EWT tokens from my exchange to my Trust Wallet. The coins never came into my wallet.
I also deleted the TW app and reinstalled and the EWT tokens are still not there, which is why I am requesting help.
