Missing two tokens from KuCoin

Hi Team, I have withdrawn two tokens from KuCoin to Trust Wallet but I don’t see the balances in my wallet. Please find the transaction info below:

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)

  2. Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here. Also copy and paste it in plain text)

  3. Further details about your issue (please explain what you were trying to do)

  4. Screenshots of the wallet (including errors or missing balance)

Hello,

I have withdrawn Eden (EDN) from KuCoin to Trust Wallet and even if on etherscan it says complete, the balance on Trust Wallet is 0. Can you help me?

Hi Rwanna,

I had a similar issue, and I managed to get around it miraculously.

You need to import your wallet to MetaMask, and you need to buy low KCS crypto from Kucoin to the wallet in order to transfer your tokens back to Kucoin, and then send your Eden through ERC20 to Trustwallet (higher charging fees than KCC)

I hope that will help.

@rwanna Hi, Please try to add it as custom token. Here are the steps that you can do to manually add the token: How to Add a Custom Token
