My Tether Usdt tron network was transferred from my trust wallet without my permission. Anything I can do about it ? It was 4000$
Any help will be appreciated.
@Kobe4reva If you notice an unauthorized transaction on your wallet, then it is most likely compromised and you need to stop using the wallet immediately.
Please be informed that anyone can create a wallet without the need for any user verification.
We have no way to identify the person who has access to a specific wallet or address.
Trust Wallet does not hold the funds. Everything is on the blockchain.
What this means is that a wallet can be accessed using a different app.
The Trust Wallet team cannot reverse, cancel, or refund confirmed transactions in the blockchain since the app is a non-custodial wallet. All transactions done in the blockchain are permanent.
It is recommended to create a new wallet and abandon the compromised one. Please make sure you downloaded and installed the legitimate Trust Wallet app on official sites, you can check here: https://trustwallet.com/

If it was compromised then why they didn’t steal everything from this wallet ?
There r some coins that still there .
Thx
@Kobe4reva I’m not sure about that but when there are unauthorized transfers, it means someone else has access to your wallet.
I understand that it’s just weird how it happened , cs my phrase is with me and never been shared or anybody has access to it … the only way if they hack my phone but then why some funds are still there ?? And the address they sent my USDT still has those money and they never transferred them and the address only has that transaction on their records , it’s been 5 days .
@Kobe4reva For one, that wallet isn’t even yours in the first place or you have some fake tokens in it.
As i said earlier, stop using the wallet and create a new one to prevent further loss of your funds.
