Newbie issue... I need the process explained to send xyo to an exchange so o can swap or convert it to eth

I am wanting to send my xyo to an exchange as suggested in the help center.

Could someone explain how this is done?

I am very new and just a step by step woulf work for me.

What i tried to do is send my xyo to my coin wallet but couldnt figure that out either.
