No ETH on wallet, sent Ethereum BEP20 to ERC20 address

I have a problem. I sent from Trust Wallet ETH to my hardware Wallet yesterday. It was Binance Page Ethereum. To this day, there is no ETH on the wallet, although on the Success website.

Hi @Richie1978,

You sent a Binance-Peg Ethereum (BEP20), not a native Ethereum. To access it back again, you can get the recovery phrase and import it to the Trust Wallet app. Else, you can install Metamask then connect it to BSC: Connecting MetaMask to BNB Smart Chain | Binance Academy

Thanks a lot. Unfortunately, I have no idea how to do this. I am a freshman, therefore I move in it like in a fog. If it can be done in a simple way, I would be grateful. Best regards
