من در تاریخ 8 اکتبر 11 میلیون واحد توکن apenft از صرافی کوکوین به تراست ولت انتقال دادم اما فقط 10950 عدد داخل تراست ولت نشون میده
ممنون میشم راهنمایی کنید

The transaction ID is: 0x09ebe96fddd8ed5201fdba57643c841a080e1da284713706a2f56fa135d39fe5

The Tokens have not yet arrived in my Trust Wallet. The receiving address is correct. Can you please help me find my tokens.

Your DATA tokens are in your wallet and you only need to add as a custom token using these details

I am only allowed to “Add Custom Token” if the token is not available in the app. In this case, the Streamr (DATA) coin was already available in the app, and i had send the Streamr (DATA) Tokens from Binance to the correct Streamr (DATA) deposit address in my Trust Wallet, but the Tokens have not arrived in my Trust wallet. I even updated my Trust Wallet to version 2.4 but i cannot see my Tokens in the app.

Please help me out.

Can you provide screenshots of the missing funds in your wallet?

I have resolved my problem, Thanks alot. The only thing i did was to add the Contract Address, and all was fine.

Hi. I am trying to take a screenshot with my phone but the response i get is as follows: “Couldn’t capture screenshot. Unable to take screenshots of private content”.

What could be the problem? The withdrawal indicates “complete” at the Binance Exchange, but my Tokens have not arrived in my Trust Wallet.
