Hello, i just swaped BTC to ETH, and transaction is confirmed. The btc was removed from wallet but i got no ETH. Please help me

Hello I’m new to this forum I have had a similar issue where I sent btc and the recipient canceled the transaction due in o no confirmations. Although it was showing stuck pending on app here. I re installed wallet and the transaction disappeared entirely and the funds were never returned to my wallet. I’d appreciate any help I can get regarding this matter thanks

@dd333 Can you scan your address on the blockchain explorer to view your transaction history and understand where your funds are.

The transaction doesn’t appear in blockchain. It shows the oops not found error. I thought reinstating would present the funds in wallet but it hasn’t. Any help wold be greatly appreciated.
