Please reach out to the receiver and tell them that you forgot to include the Memo.
We cannot do anything on our end to correct this, the transaction is already confirmed.
Your funds are already sent to the receiver and they alone can move the funds to the correct wallet.

Are the pending transactions showing anything when you tap on More Details?

Do you see anything pending on your ETH wallet?
If yes, please do a re-import to clear it out and then try to send the transaction again.

What do you mean ID is not created? Are you participating with some kind of smart contract?
Contact their support, this is not an issue with the app.
