I have same problem my bnb is missed i sent e mail three times to trust wsllet but nobodies answered me
I got a problem i send 1.199925 bnb with the wrong memo and i never received please i need help.

You already swapped your coin out to BEP20 BNB.
Also note that they were sent out of your wallet.

Please contact the customer support of the exchange you sent to so they can assist you with the deposit issue. If they are not willing to recover the crypto or credit your account, then, unfortunately, you may consider it as lost. Please be careful next time and triple-check before transacting.

Yes exactly. But these 2 addresses are mine. And it both within my multi currency wallet. And in receiving account there’s incoming message but no balance.
Also I re-imported my wallet as explained but balance didn’t appear in wallet.
