Problem sending $DEGO from KuCoin to Trust Waller

Hello,

Around 3 days ago I sent 194 $DEGO from KuCoin to my Trust Wallet. Here is the transaction:

The $DEGO never arrived. Someone suggested it should have been sent ERC20 instead of BEP20. How do I recover these funds?
