Sent BEP20 to ERC20 address on Metamask

Help to recover ethereum token bep20 in the trusted wallet sent to the metamask ethereum erc20 address the sending and receiving addresses are mine, is it possible to recover them I wonder why one is the BEP20 and ERC20 network?

I mistakenly transferred ERC 20 to BSC bep20 for someone else. But the money has not been deducted from the trust wallet. Is there any way I can get that money back? I sincerely thank.

@Quanhoang we have nothing to do from our side. If you know the owner of the destination address you can ask him/her to return them to your wallet.

Thanks for the support, it cost me work because I did not know what mainnet or tesnet was for and because it did not show me the ethereum token automatically until I look for the token contract, I added it and it showed me. Thanks
