Sent BUSD to KuCoin

I accidentally sent BUSD (Binance BUSD) from my Trust Wallet to my KuCoin account, only to realize it was supposed to be BNB that I was supposed to send.

The transaction says it was successful but did not receive it.

I tried using this instruction to recover but there is no option to choose BUSD coin on step 3

I tried following the instructions from this post and used ETH with the BIP32 Derivation Path, import with the Private Key from my TxHash, but nothing shows up, even after I added Binance USD to my trust wallet.

Please contact the customer support of KuCoin so they can assist you with the deposit issue. If they are not willing to recover the crypto or credit your account, then, unfortunately, you may consider it as lost. Please be careful next time and triple-check before transacting.
