Please I need help , I transferred some bitcoin through bitcoin machine to my trust wallet and I have received it till now , I search it on blockchain explorer and how it there but it’s not in my trust wallet

To better assist, please send the following information:

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, take a screenshot, and attach it here)
  2. Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, take a screenshot of the QR code, and attach it here. Also copy and paste it in plain text)
  3. Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)

Optimism and arbitrum both of them i didn’t receive
Op was 50 on optimism network and arbitrum was 350 on arbitrum network

Please help! I sent USDT from my Metamask wallet to Trustwallet.
Nothing has showed up yet and I am very stressed and feel very bad about this… Please help me!

Hello @Nataliefrantz
You received your Arbitrum but on the Ethereum network.
All you need to do is add it as a custom token.
Tap the toggle sign on the upper right of the main wallet screen, search for Arbitrum, and enable the one with Ethereum.

I sent GALA tokens to my Trust Wallet but its still now showing my tokens.

I opened a support ticket 3 weeks ago, still no reply.
I followed all of the steps. I have the latest version and have backed up/recovered my wallet. I have the GALA token enabled (ERC20).
