Sent WETH from Trust Wallet to Binance. Funds not received

Hi,

I sent 0.14625 WETH from Trust Wallet to my Binance WETH wallet and the funds have not been received.

I have looked into the method described here: How To Recover Funds Sent to a Wrong Public Address

Unfortunately, WETH is not listed above, so I was unable to complete the process.

Please let me know why this hasn’t arrived and how I can reclaim my funds.

Hello @crypto33 From your screenshot and your transaction link, It seems you deposited WETH from Polygon blockchain to WETH ERC20 address from Binance. Please contact the customer support of Binance so they can assist you with the deposit issue. If they are not willing to recover the crypto or credit your account, then, unfortunately, you may consider it as lost. Please be careful next time and triple-check before transacting.

This method works only if you sent to decentralized wallets such as Trust Wallet where you have control of the private keys or wallet recovery phrase.
