I have the same issue. I tried to pay an invoice it said transaction completed but it didn’t pay the invoice. I did it 3 tines and it took the fee/gas but didn’t pay the invoice.

I also tried to transfer or send to another address via tether and didn’t work neither but the fee was charged.

yeah the problem was solved before my post got accepted by the admin to be posted here. The solution was to use VPN for me. Thanks.
