I just want to convert some cake or B&B to file coin. Is that possible or do we got to go through the dapps I was wanting to just swap it but I don’t know if the tokens are even on the right chain

Hello @Sneakerfreax you can research about DApp for swapping yourself. Trust Wallet doesn’t support crosschain swapping to Filecoin blockchain. You can swa your BNB to Binance-peg Filecoin then switch them to native Filecoin by using this guide: Convert Binance-Peg Tokens to Native Assets
