Swaped from BTC to AVAX but did not recive

Hello,

So I tried using the built in swap to trade BTC for AVAX.
The transaction went through and the BTC disappeared.
But no AVAX except for 0,22 dollars worth…

I have tried adding every possible AVAX token I can in the wallet but nothing.
Using version 8.4 on android.

@Dogsauce Please send the following information:

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, then attach it here)

  2. Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, copy and paste it here in plain text)

  3. Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)

Good morning Tobi,
I have used the swap tool to swap BTC to AVAX but nothing has come through.
BTC has left my wallet but no AVAX and it’s been just under an hour.
Can you help?

@Mng85 The swaps aren’t instant and may take some time till you get your tokens.

Oh, I didn’t know that. How long are we talking Tobi? Days? Longer? I appreciate the reply. I can see the BTC is sitting in a BTC wallet currently.

@Mng85 Please that’s an impersonator and has been banned.
There’s no fixed time for the swaps actually, sometimes it takes an hour, sometimes two or longer, it varies.

I am facing same issue
But i swapped my bnb to avax in built in swap on trust wallet
My bnb got deducted but didnt receive avax balance
Its been more than 12 hrs now
Any suggestions what to do ?

@Daksh You’d need to be patient till the token is received, the swaps aren’t instant.
