@Tobi Please is there anyway Trust wallet can help me recover my stolen funds from this address 0x3693f41e28AE61320D69cce41336B83c07C92CFB

Because I never initiated a transfer to that address I only sent BNB from my Binance to my trust wallet account only to discover that another transfer happened immediately from my trust wallet to the above address

@Zicken Unfortunately Trust wallet has no way to recover, refund or cancel confirmed transactions on the blockchain.
Please create a new wallet and move your assets to the new wallet from the compromised wallet.

@Dabid1 When you tried swapping, did you check the amount you’d receive in ETH before approving the swap because it clearly states what amount to expect.
You do not always get the exact amount you swap depending on fees charged.
Please note the fees aren’t charged by Trust wallet.

I have used the swap tool to swap USDT bep20 to TON but nothing has come through.
USDT has left my wallet but no TON and it’s been just under 4 hours

@Raud When you click on TON in your wallet, you should see a “Check Explorer”
You can click that then check your address there to see if you received.

Hi. I recently did a BNB swap to Solana using trust wallet. But I have not received anything yet. I looked at the transaction and my funds were transferred to mimic swapper for some reason. Please can you help me in recovering my funds.

I have tried multiple times to add the token manually, but my usdt balance is not reflected in there! It is very frustrating to say the least.
