Good day please i need help! I swapped $69 worth of bitcoin to doge using the thorchain inbuilt swap on Trust wallet its been 1 week and i havent recieved my doge nor was my bitcoin refunded and i was charged $6 fee

Hello @Dellah1990 Please provide these:

  1. Trust Wallet app version (open the app, go to the settings of the app and press “About”, then attach it here)

  2. Crypto wallet address (press the receive icon near the send button, copy and paste it here in plain text)

  3. Transaction hash or link (if you have any, please copy and paste)

@Toba123 Swaps aren’t instant and sometimes you need to wait a while before they’re processed and received to your wallet.

@Onimant I think you should contact the Binance team as this transaction seems contradicting that you sent USDT to a BTC address on the Tron network.
